Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely repack your items in their original Wharfedale boxes with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the exterior of the package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
